Hi there,
First of all, I appreciate your understanding that, by default there is no record for calendar operations; if the issue could not be reproduced, we might not be able to find
out the cause.
A room mailbox will never delete scheduled meeting appointments automatically. Generally we use MRM or delegate to clean/maintain the Room calendar. So, if the meeting appointment
disappears from room calendar, certainly there is someone or something delete/move it. And we can enable mailbox auditing to make a record next when it occur.

HI Finoa , i was expecting your reply on this .. thanks for your reply Actually this issue is not with one resource mailbox suddenly started with more conferenec rooms as well.. so thinking how come suddenly issue started, i know enable tracking can be
done to know the culprit but for how many conference rooms i will do that bcoz we have an number of resource mailboxs , so is there any easy way to troubleshoot the issue here ??

Well, based on my experience, Auditting log is smaller and easier to read than store tracking log.

By the way, did you change the default permission settings of the resource mailbox calendar folder? If yes, then it is best to recall the permission.
Besides, you may try to find the deleted appointments from Deleted Items or Recovery Deleted Items folder.
Hope it is helpful.Fiona Liao
